CALIBRATION System
The calibration system allows the sorting of the oysters by weight or size, (with "kit Vision"). It equipped with industrial automation with remote access and allows a wide range of possibilities. Multiple configuration are possible, to tailor the operation, the machine setup or even the hourly volume to meet requirement and budget.
Separatinng system
Places the oysters for calibration (one oyster per hopper). Available in different lengths, it allows the operation to see but also to sort the waste via a rejection hatch.
Lines
A TCC line run at a speed of 11,250 bucket per hour. Available betwee one and four lines, the whole system will support speeds/rates up to 45,000 bucket/hour.
Outfeeder
Between 6 and 9 outputs available, allowing many different size, or to make the operators work easier. The same size for several outputs.
